TRAIN TRACK · DELETE ACCOUNT

Delete your Train TRACK account

You can delete your account yourself in Train TRACK or the advertiser portal. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Train TRACK and tap the FREE or PLUS plan control to open Account.
  2. Under Your account, choose Delete account.
  3. Read the data and Apple subscription information, then confirm Permanently delete account.
  4. Complete any Apple authorization confirmation and keep an internet connection until the result is shown.

Signed-in and guest accounts can use this flow. If deletion cannot complete, the app provides a retry or recovery path. An error is not confirmation that deletion succeeded.

Delete an advertiser login

  1. Sign in to the Train TRACK advertiser portal.
  2. Open Account, then choose Delete account.
  3. Read what is removed and retained, type DELETE, and choose Permanently delete account.

An active advertiser invitation is not required to reach account management. If the account uses Sign in with Apple, complete deletion in Train TRACK on your iPhone or iPad so Apple authorization can be revoked.

Your personal login and sessions are removed, portal access is revoked, and invitation and email-based access records are deidentified. Business profiles and contact details, advertising content and assets, campaign history, delivered views, purchased or complimentary allowances, and order/payment/audit records remain under non-login system ownership. Authorized administrators retain control. Active campaigns may continue, and signing up again does not restore ownership or access. Login deletion does not automatically cancel or refund an advertising purchase.

Administrators must transfer administrative control to another established administrator and have their own administrator role removed before deleting their account. The last administrator cannot be removed before control is transferred. Contact support@gettraintrack.com for help with that transfer or an unsupported ownership or unfinished-upload error.

What is removed or deidentified

Deletion removes the Train TRACK authentication identity and sessions and user-owned cloud data, including saved crossings, commutes, places, preferences, push bindings and account-owned game data. The app clears relevant local account data on the device where deletion is completed. The web portal signs out and clears its active account state. Data already cached on another device is not remotely erased; sign out or remove local app data there as well.

Direct reporter and resolver associations are removed from retained crossing reports. Crossing evidence, timestamps and resolution state can remain for service integrity and status history.

What can remain

Aggregate campaign totals, pseudonymous advertising measurement, deletion/retry receipts and limited operational, security, accounting and legal records may remain. Apple transaction history and its random purchase token are retained after the Train TRACK account association is detached. Business records are handled as described above. Support messages, provider logs and backups have separate lifecycles.

These records are retained as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations and operation of the service. We do not apply one fixed retention period to all records. Report expiry does not mean that a record has been erased. Contact us about personal information in retained advertising content or other records outside self-service deletion.

Cancel Apple subscriptions separately

Deleting Train TRACK or its account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Open Apple subscription settings, or Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, to manage or cancel it. You may delete your Train TRACK account immediately without waiting for a subscription to expire.

If you cannot access the app or account

Email support@gettraintrack.com with the account email, sign-in provider and a description of the access problem. Withamedia LLC may need to verify that the request concerns your account. Never send your password, verification codes or payment-card details. This page explains the process; opening it does not delete an account.
